LYDONLYDON.Jean, Susan, David, Carol, Diane and Jessica would like to express their most sincere and grateful thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for all their kindness and sympathy, cards of condolence and donations to the RNLI so kindly sent following their recent sad loss of a dear husband, dad and grandad. We would most especially like to thank Julie Phillips, Dr Foster, Staff at The Moorland Medical Centre, Leek, the Intermediate Care Team, staff on Broadfield Ward at the Haywood Hospital and the staff on ward 84 at the CGH for all their care and support shown to Dennis throughout his illness. Also to Mr Lawrence Heath for his tribute given at the service and to S. Sigley & Sons for their assistance with the funeral arrangements.
